Scorched rice with crispy dried shrimp and fried shallots

Cơm cháy tép hành phi giòn giòn, thơm mùi hành phi, đậm vị ruốc là món ăn vặt được làm từ gạo nếp, nước mắm, ớt, hành phi, tép. Nền cơm gạo nếp mỏng, giòn rụm, một lớp nước sốt đậm đà và phủ thêm lớp tép cùng với hành phi vàng rụm, giòn, thơm ngon.

Ingredients: Rice, sticky rice, sugar, fish sauce, vegetable oil, crispy fried shallots, shrimp.
Instruction: Use after open. It is more delicious if being rebaked.
Storage: Put it below -18oC to preserve 12 months, or store in dry cool place in 4 months.
